Promotion Period: This offer is valid for bookings made from January 1, 2025, to January 31, 2025 only. Bookings made outside this period are not eligible.

Eligibility: The $1,200 design render credit applies exclusively to new projects booked during the promotional period. This credit will be applied toward the final project invoice.

Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable: The design render credit is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and holds no monetary value outside its application to an eligible project.

Project Scheduling: All project start dates are subject to scheduling availability. Elegance Outdoor Living reserves the right to adjust timelines as necessary.

Cancellation Policy: If the project is canceled by the client after the booking is made, the design render credit will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future projects.

Modification Rights: Elegance Outdoor Living reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Liability Disclaimer: Elegance Outdoor Living is not responsible for any delays or inability to complete a project due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, material shortages, or acts of nature.

Acceptance of Terms: By booking during the promotional period, clients agree to these terms and conditions as part of the agreement with Elegance Outdoor Living.
