By accessing or using our website, services, submitting a quote request, or engaging with Elegance Outdoor Living in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Services Provided

Elegance Outdoor Living offers design, installation, and construction services for outdoor living environments, including but not limited to:

• Artificial turf installation
• Patios, pergolas, and outdoor kitchens
• Landscaping and hardscaping
• Concrete and stonework
• Water features and irrigation systems

All services are subject to availability and are provided under written agreement or approved estimate.

3. Quoting & Project Approvals

• All quotes are based on the scope of work outlined during consultation.
• Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.
• A deposit may be required prior to the scheduling or commencement of work.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access to the job site.
• Securing all necessary HOA permissions or municipal approvals unless otherwise agreed.
• Ensuring pets, valuables, and personal property are secured prior to and during service delivery.

5. Payments, Deposits & Late Fees

• Payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the project agreement.
• A deposit is typically required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon project milestones or completion.
• Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by law.

We reserve the right to suspend work or withhold deliverables if payments are not made on time.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to deductions for time, labor, or materials already expended. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Warranties & Disclaimers

• Elegance Outdoor Living warrants our workmanship for a defined period outlined in your project agreement.
• We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, acts of nature, or third-party interference.
• Any product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms.

Except where prohibited by law, services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind unless otherwise stated in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elegance Outdoor Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for services.
